If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment.

[/url]Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly.
