Fiat slow start sometimes, should I worry?

I’ve been a bit unsure about my Fiat lately and wanted to see if anyone here has experienced something similar. On some mornings or after the car sits for a while, it doesn’t start as smoothly as usual. It kind of struggles for a second before turning over, but then on other days it starts completely fine. That’s what’s confusing me, because if the battery was fully bad I feel like it would fail all the time, not just randomly.

Once the engine starts, everything runs normally with no warning lights or performance issues. I mostly drive short distances in the city, so I’m wondering if that’s not giving the battery enough time to recharge properly. The hot weather might also be playing a role, since I’ve heard it can reduce battery life faster than expected.

I don’t want to ignore it and end up stuck somewhere, but I also don’t want to replace parts without being sure.
