If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment.

Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly.
