My Navigator needs brakes and I keep getting sent to Lamborghini shops, make it make sense

Honestly the search for a decent place to do a basic Lincoln brake system repair and pad replacement in this city has been one of the most frustrating exercises in keyword confusion I’ve ever experienced, I type in Lincoln brakes Dubai expecting to find a place that stocks Motorcraft parts and instead the first few results are all exotic car shops with Lamborghini Aventadors and Ferrari 488s in the hero image and I’m just sitting there thinking I love my Navigator but it’s not exactly a Huracan you know. I ended up on some page for Lamborghini brake pad replacement which was beautifully laid out and all but not exactly helpful when I’m just trying to figure out if anyone in Al Quoz keeps the proper ceramic pads for a three ton American lux truck on the shelf without having to wait three weeks for them to ship in from Sharjah. I’m not trying to cheap out with some dusty aftermarket junk that squeaks like an old bus every time I drop the kids at school, I just want a shop that understands the difference between the Navigator’s brake booster setup and an F150’s and doesn’t look at me like I’ve grown a second head when I ask about the electronic parking brake calibration. Anyone actually found a spot that handles these big Lincolns with the same care they’d give to something with a prancing horse on the hood or am I destined to just keep driving around with a slightly spongy pedal until I give up and go to the dealer.
