    Hey everyone,

Quick question I’ve been thinking about lately…

With so many tools available now, web platforms, AI chat systems, progressive web apps, do businesses still need a dedicated mobile app?

I was looking into how companies in fast-moving markets like Dubai are approaching this, and it seems like many are still heavily investing in apps. Not just basic ones either, fully customized platforms with real-time features, integrations, and personalized user experiences.

Interestingly, a lot of them are turning toward mobile app solutions in dubai instead of building everything in-house. Makes sense, since scaling and maintaining an app can get pretty complex.

But here’s the part I’m unsure about:

For small or mid-sized businesses, is the ROI really there?
Or are apps only effective for larger brands with high traffic?

I’ve seen some cases where apps improved customer retention massively, while others barely got downloads.

Would be interesting to hear from anyone who has:

    Launched an app recently
    Decided not to build one
Or replaced their app with something else

Is mobile still king… or slowly being replaced?
